HOW TO BOOK
You will need to register with VAX VacationAccess®, the online booking platform for travel advisors, in order to sell our products online. VAX VacationAccess gives you the flexibility you need to easily research, sell and earn 10% commission on SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Tickets, Vacation Packages, Dining, Tours and More.
Only items available in and booked through VAX VacationAccess are eligible for commission. Commission is paid on completed travel only.

Earn Free Tickets
Travel advisors can earn two complimentary tickets for any United Parks & Resorts (with the exception of Discovery Cove) in 3 easy steps:
- Completion of all 4 training modules with a score of 80% or higher.
- The recent sale of a United Parks & Resorts Vacation Package or park admission product via VAX VacationAccess. *Sales must be made in 2021 within 60 days of complimentary ticket request.
- Completion of Ticket Request Form.
**Travel advisors are limited to two complimentary admissions per calendar year. Tickets will expire on December 31, 2021. Training and sale requirements will be validated. Failure to complete the stipulated requirements, will result in refusal of complimentary admission. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash-value. By requesting complimentary tickets, you agree to receiving marketing communications from United Parks & Resorts.
Promotional Discovery Cove Commission Calendar
On select dates, travel advisors can earn up to 30% commission on regularly priced Discovery Cove admission and the Discovery Cove admission portion of vacation packages booked through VAX VacationAccess. See calendar for qualifying visit dates.
*Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Discounted/promotional products in VAX will qualify for standard 10% commission. Items not available in VAX are not eligible for commission.
Discounted Tickets
Travel advisors and one guest are eligible for 50% off gate price of single day admission to any park, excluding Discovery Cove, on any visit. To receive, please present a valid Travel Advisor ID or IATA ID Card to any ticket window located at the front of the park day-of.

For Discovery Cove, travel advisors are eligible for a one-time/year discount of 20% off any Discovery Cove admission product. Discount valid for travel advisor and all guests on the same reservation. Based on availability. Book directly in VAX by entering promo code: DCOTA20.

Q: Discovery Cove Florida Resident Rates are not in VAX, how do we book?
A: Unfortunately, the Discovery Cove Florida resident rates have not yet been approved for commission and are not available in VAX.
Q: How long does it take to receive commission?
A: Standard processing time for commission payments is 60 days from clients final date of travel.
Q: I am registered with VAX, but how can I start selling SW products?
A: You should be able to book United Parks & Resorts products if you are registered with VAX. If you are having trouble, please send your VAX login number to [email protected]. and we will assist you.
